Located in a serene area with a amazing sea view, the experience was greatly improved with the friendly staff, especially Emma, who provided excellent guidance throughout our visit. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities such as a pool added to the enjoyment. Wi-Fi connectivity was weak, disappointing, and the walk to local shops took longer than expected. The breakfast options could also be more diverse.

The owner of the hotel was the most helpful we have ever met. He couldn't have been nicer, and gave us lifts to Fira and to the port (at 12am) for free. There's a lovely, relaxed family atmosphere. The room was very clean. We were delighted with the price also - excellent value for money.

Quiet & bright rooms with 2 beds. A balcony, free wireless internet access, and a kitchenette were nice...

The pool was awesome after a hot day exploring, and the clean rooms with amazing sea views were just perfect. I really appreciated the owner's help in arranging an ATV for my adventures around the island.

The man that runs the Hotel is incredibly friendly. He even picked us up from the port and would drive us where we needed to go. I have been traveling for 5 months now and I have never stayed in a hostel that treated it's guests so well. He set up an exursion for us and atv rentals and did the same for all of his guests. I highly recommend this place. Also, it's very clean and very safe.

Stavros and his family are very friendly, always accommodating. They will organise any trip and are willing to give lifts around the island and to airport/ports. Nice swimming pool. A good basic hotel with excellent hosts.
We did enjoy staying here but the location is not ideal. It is a good 10 minutes walk uphill to get into town on a road with no footpath (can be hazardous with the water trucks going past). It is a half hour walk to the nearest beach to I would recommend hiring a moped. The beach itself also has a post-nuclear holocaust feel to it - the electricity station is in the background and is generally unappealing.

The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the large shower. The staff were friendly and helped me with local transportation options. The peaceful setting. I appreciated having a fully equipped kitchenette to prepare meals, which I enjoyed on the terrace. The morning views were a nice touch.

The location was fine if you want to be close to Fira. However, it is far from most beaches. The pool was nice but small.
Rooms and furniture are very old and need refurbishment. Room was small for 4 people. Although we booked an apartment, all 4 people slept in the same room. The kitchen was very small and the fridge also very small. Noone was there when we arrived and had to call two numbers before someone answered. Reception is closed from 1.30 to 5.30 pm.

Stavros is very nice and accommodating. However, the place has a bit of a cheap motel vibe and we used the laundry service (external company recommended by stavros) and my girlfriends' bra's and underwear went missing. Not impressed..

Stavros Villas impressed me with its excellent service and clean, spacious rooms. Katerina at the front desk was helpful in planning my tours. I enjoyed unique towel art left by the cleaning staff every day. The fine views from the terrace created a perfect backdrop for my mornings. The location is a bit of a trek from the main town was nice. The Wi-Fi could definitely use an upgrade as it struggled during virtual calls. It was inconvenient when staff dried linens outside my door. Still, the peaceful atmosphere and overall hospitality were good.

Amazing Hospitality and Beautiful Views
The room was spacious with a fine view from the balcony. It would be more convenient if there were options for nearby shopping without needing to walk too far.
